Pour into highball glass (perfect rimmed with either our Pepper Creek Farms Mojito Rim Dipper or our Pepper Creek Farms Watermelon Rim Dipper) over crushed ice, add a splash of club soda or sparkling water and garnish with a spring of fresh mint.
