Keep your pie crust from bubbling and buckling during blind baking by placing the Pie Weights into your empty pie shell. Spread evenly over crust bottom. Bake crust according to recipe. Carefully remove Pie Weights 5 minutes before baking is complete. (Caution: Pie Weights will be HOT!) Wash with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before storing in the reusable case.
