ChopStir was invented by Dick Bryan who frequently found himself cooking Mexican food and other ground meat dishes for his family. Frustrated that he couldn't find a kitchen utensil that did a good job of chopping meat while it's cooking, he invented the ChopStir. Dick received a patent for his project in 1998, and has been selling them ever since.
