Wow! Once upon a time we thought combining cherry's, apricots and peaches sounded pretty good. What we didn't realize at the time was how amazing this combination would taste! Each of these delectable stone fruits contributes to the wonderful layers of flavor in this delicious jam. It's unique, sweet and refreshing.

 

Stonewall Fudge Cherry Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 13 ounce jar Stonewall Kitchen Sour Cherry JamOrganic Maine Blueberry Cherry Jam or Bada Bing Cherry Jam
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a medium saucepan.
  3. Whisk in sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla, stirring 2-3 minutes. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and Sour Cherry Jam, Bada Bing Cherry Jam or Cherry Berry Jam.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until they just begin to pull away from the side of the pan.
  6. For ease of serving, let brownies cool completely before cutting.
